Co-Ops and Internships
Becoming a Co-Op or an Intern for Iberdrola USA's Affiliates is a rewarding opportunity for
current college students who want to explore challenging opportunities within their chosen educational field; create positive, working relationships; and work with an established and respected utilities' provider.

Our Co-Ops and Internships last for approximately 12 weeks and may be available during the winter or the summer.

Being a Co-Op or an Intern at an Iberdrola USA Affiliate, you will have the opportunity to work in
an environment that promotes learning, guidance, direction and a positive work ethic.

Goals of our Co-Op and Internship programs include:

• Providing students with an understanding of the Company, its mission and the role it plays in our community.
• Creating an educational environment in which students can explore variousemployment opportunities and develop an understanding of the responsibilities and importance of
  each role.
• Providing students with the opportunity to further develop the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to be successful in a professional work environment.
• Providing students with the opportunity to build a working relationship with the Sponsoring Manager who can provide guidance in identifying career opportunities.

Participant Requirements:

• Currently an undergraduate or a graduate student at an accredited college/university
• Results- and proactively-oriented individuals
• Students with excellent communication skills and business-area specific knowledge
• 3.0 GPA or higher
